Meadowcrest Arts and Craft Market

48th   Annual     November 21, 2020

Vendor Guidelines

Booth spaces will be assigned on a first come-first serve basis. Application deadline:October 31, 2020. Late applications accepted as space permits.

No community groups are being allowed to use the school facilities until 2021, therefore there was a choice of change venues or cancel the event. After much debate and searching for venues we decided to use the Greene County Covered Arena. Therefore booth arrangements will be different. There is plenty of parking and easy access to the arena. There are no flatbeds available.

Access to power in and around the arena is very  limited. Please reply early if you need power. Vendors must supply their own tables and extension cords. This is on a dirt floor that will have been watered and drug so it will be packed. However you might want to bring a tarp or some type ground cover.
