Vendor Guidelines

Booth spaces will be assigned on a first come-first serve basis. Application deadline:November 1, 2018. Late applications accepted as space permits.

If you are a return vendor and wish to have the same space, please indicated that on your application and return it ASAP..  If you have not exhibited before please send photos.

Access to power in and around the building is limited. Please reply early if you need power. Vendors must supply their own tables and extension cords.

You will be emailed further instructions and your booth           assignment in early November. 

  Setup time is 6:30 AM to 8:30 AM.  All booths should be ready for business by 8:30 AM.

  All vendors are expected to remain open until 4 PM.   Early breakdown creates confusion and disappointed shoppers.


Spaces sizes are:  Inside commons area: 12' X 12'        Hallways: 17' X 6 '     Outside: 12' X 12' and can be adapted to particular needs.


  Handcrafted work will be accepted in all media.  SEVENTY-FIVE (75%) OF ITEMS SOLD MUST BE HANDMADE.

 The Pilot Club reserves the right to limit the number of crafters in the same category, based on date  application is received.

 The Pilot Club of Greene County nor the Greene County School System is responsible for damage or loss.


Please be explicit when describing your merchandise.  If you have not exhibited before please send photos.


Meadowcrest is sponsored by The Pilot Club of Greene County, Greensboro, GA and proceeds are used to fund their many community service project.  Pilot International’s main focus is youth development, brain health and safety, and caring for family caregivers.
